Smith’s Smokeshack began as a humble backyard side hustle in 2012, originally known as "htimsmith BBQ". Fueled by a passion for craft barbecue and soulful flavors, founder H Tim Smith took the leap in 2021 to live one of his dreams, launching a full-time food truck. Over the next three unforgettable years, we served 1000s of people across the Capital District of NY, from Albany to Lake George, a little taste of the Smoke & Soul From The Heart.

In the Winter of 2024–2025, Tim passed the torch on the food truck to another dreamer to focus fully on the next chapter: bringing the heart and heat of Smith’s Smokeshack to kitchens everywhere through a bold new line of craft condiments.
