∞∞ Soul Sauce #1 has been a staple for the Smith Family since 2012 when they launched a small, part time hustle, catering business out of their backyard in Clifton Park, NY.  Since then, Smith's has grown to full time status with the addition of our Food Truck. Smith's Smokeshack & Kitchen was born  in 2020, amidst the pandemic and has since served 1000s of people just a little bit of our Soul.
